She has 28 beads on her bracelet, but her friend Anisha has 32, that’s because their bracelets are unique to them and their own menstrual cycles. This bead kit allows you to create a bespoke bracelet for your own cycle… that you may need to change over time as your cycle evolves!
The beads are made of glass and made in Nepal. The silver bead can be used as an ovulation bead or menstrual bleed bead! Be creative 😍
